I went to Lasting Looks (Maria) about 4 weeks ago and had permanent eyeliner done on both my upper and lower lids. Maria is very professional - very conscientious, and a clean environment. I am older so I did have some bruising due to having to pull the skin tight - a downside from having saggy eye tissue! Bottom line is I am so very pleased - I love having permanent liner!
